God told me to tell you that your days of sadness are over!

When I woke up this morning, I heard these words: “comfort ye, comfort ye my people.” I recognized these words from Isaiah. After looking up the exact reference, I ended up reading Isaiah 40:1-2 from The Living Bible: “Comfort, yes, comfort my people. Tell Jerusalem that her days of sadness are over.” God is saying your days of sadness are over.

Put your name in verse two. Instead of “Jerusalem” insert you name and speak this verse several times each day.

Now, what you’re going to do is take hold of this verse like somebody is throwing you a rope while you’re in a pit. You would take hold of that rope to climb out. Grab it and pull yourself up. You are not going to wallow any longer in your negative feelings. No longer will you focus on dissatisfaction, heartbreak over a breakup, the pain of divorce or debt. You know what your situation is. No longer. The Lord is saying your days of sadness are over. I want you to read Isaiah 40:2 and declare this verse over your life. Say, “Lord, thank you. My days of sadness are over.”

Deliverance is coming! It may not happen today or tomorrow. It may not happen the next day, next week or next month. BUT hold on to your faith and continue to declare “My days of sadness are over.

Love,

Karin
