Choose the Word Because it is Life and Health to You

Choose the Word! In fact, that’s a choice you have to make every day, every minute of the day. You have to decide if you’re going to believe the lies of the enemy, the negative circumstances around you, or God’s promises.

Choose the Word because it is life and health to you. Proverbs 4:20-22 expresses this very thought:

My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.

Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.

For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

The Word is able to bring healing to your physical body, your emotions and your mind. For anyone grieving over a loved one, God’s Word can deliver you from heartache.

Choose the Word today! Refuse to doubt. Determine to experience all God has promised.

God’s Word has creative power. When you believe in your heart and speak it with your mouth, it will remove every obstacle. It will create prosperity where there is lack, fullness where there is emptiness, joy where there is depression and sadness.

When you choose the Word, you allow it to work in you. Colossians 3:16 says you must let the Word of God dwell in you richly. Notice that is not God’s responsibility. That’s YOUR responsibility. The Holy Spirit is there. God the Father is there. Jesus is there. Now you must open your heart and let them in.

To choose the Word means to agree with God’s Word. When you read in the Bible that the Lord will heal your body, you have to receive that truth. You can’t argue with it and expect to get the benefit of healing. When you read that the Lord will liberally supply all your needs, you have to say, “Yes, Lord. I believe that.”

When you agree with God, you seize the privilege He has provided. You say, “I have it. It’s mine.”

Choose the Word today! Refuse to doubt. Determine to experience all God has promised.

Say this prayer with me:

Father, in Jesus name, I believe. Thank you for Your precious Word. I choose your Word today and acknowledge Your faithfulness. I declare that every problem and challenge is resolved and dissolved. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Love,

Karin
